Have a question, a correction, or a rights concern? We read every message and we answer by email.

Which address should I use?

Picking the right address is the single fastest way to get a useful reply, because each one goes to a different inbox:

  • contact@astralnovels.com — readers. Questions about a story, a broken chapter, a wrong title, or feedback you want the author to see.
  • contact@astralnovels.com — anything general that does not fit the other addresses.
  • dmca@astralnovels.com — copyright and content removal. Please read the DMCA Policy first: it lists the exact details a valid notice needs.
  • legal@astralnovels.com — terms of service, licensing, and other legal correspondence.
  • privacy@astralnovels.com — data requests. If you want a copy of your data, want it corrected, or want it deleted, write here. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
  • partner@astralnovels.com — business. Advertising, syndication, translation rights, or republishing permission.

What to include in your message

  • The name of the story and, if relevant, the chapter number.
  • The page address (copy it from your browser’s address bar) — this saves a round trip.
  • What you expected to happen and what actually happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
  • The device and browser you were using, if it is a technical problem.

How quickly we reply

  • General questions: usually within a few business days.
  • Broken chapters and site errors: prioritised, typically within a few business days.
  • Copyright notices: reviewed promptly; see the DMCA Policy for what happens next.
  • Privacy and data requests: within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Things we can help with

  • Reporting a problem with a story. Broken chapter, mismatched cover, wrong title, missing page? Give us the story and chapter number and we will fix it.
  • Corrections. If a synopsis, genre tag or author credit is wrong, tell us and we will correct the record.
  • Accessibility. If something on the site is hard to read or hard to use with a screen reader, we want to know.
  • Permissions. Quoting, excerpting, translating or republishing our fiction requires written permission — write to partner@astralnovels.com.

Things we cannot do

We cannot offer phone support, and we do not operate a public office you can visit — Astral Novels is an online-only project, so email is the only channel we can guarantee. We also cannot discuss the private details of another reader’s account with you.

Accounts, comments and your data

If you registered an account, you can change your display name and email from your account settings page. To delete an account and the comments attached to it, write to privacy@astralnovels.com from the email address on the account so we can confirm it is you — deletion requests are handled within 30 days. If a comment you left should not be public, tell us the story and the comment, and we will remove it rather than edit it.

We will never ask you for a password, a payment detail, or a verification code by email. If you receive a message claiming to be from Astral Novels that asks for any of those, it is not from us — please forward it to contact@astralnovels.com so we can warn other readers.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered on the FAQ page — reading, accounts, updates and how to find your next story are all covered there. If your question is about copyright or content removal specifically, the DMCA Policy lists exactly what a valid notice needs, and sending those details up front is by far the fastest route to a resolution.
